Mountain and Valley Wool Association Membership

The Mountain and Valley Wool Association (MAVWA) produces the annual Mountain and Valley Fiber Arts Festival (formerly the Mountain and Valley Wool Festival)

Now in its 42nd year!

MAVWA is a membership organization open to all. Its mission is to promote fiber from all fiber bearing animals—especially those in Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, as well as other natural fibers—and to pass on the rich history of fiber arts-related crafts to the next group of fiber enthusiasts.

Without the support of members and volunteers, the hugely successful Festival would not happen.

Please consider becoming a part of this dynamic organization.

Benefits of being a MAVWA member:
  • Listing (incl. email and web site) in the Annual Membership Directory (hard copy and online)
  • The opportunity to purchase reduced-rate advertising in the Program/Directory
  • Receive informational newsletters and notices of MAVWA events
  • May apply for a booth at the annual Mountain and Valley Fiber Arts Festival
